Remodeling doesn’t mean erasing the history of a home. Instead, it’s about bringing the best features forward and amplifying. For this 1980s tudor-style, brick-front home, our goal was to add modern functionality while maintaining the integrity, footprint, and architectural language. We opened up the traditional floor plan for an open flow and more natural sightlines. A nearly monochromatic color scheme in the main living areas feels expansive, while also capturing the homeowner’s minimal modern vibe.
