Q | WHEN IS THE RIGHT TIME TO BRING IN AN INTERIOR DESIGNER?

No matter the project, bringing in an interior designer early is always your best option. An interior designer can help prioritize scope, brainstorm ideas, and weigh the cost-benefit of key elements of your design vision. Ultimately, you’ll save time and stress because someone else will be managing the details while also avoiding costly changes.

Q | HOW MUCH WILL AN INTERIOR DESIGNER COST?

Depending on the size of investment and your scope of work, turn-key interior design services will range from 15-30% of your overall investment (including permit fees, construction, finishes, furnishings, shipping/freight, etc.). We also offer flat fees for larger, all-inclusive projects.

Q | HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?

The best results are always produced when there is enough time to plan for every detail of your project.

  • Renovation / new construction projects: The design process can take 4-6 months and execution can take between 4-12 months depending on the complexity, scope, and supply chain conditions.

  • Interior Furnishings-only projects: The overall process is typically 6 to 9 months depending on the complexity, scope, and supply chain conditions. With the right conditions, we can accommodate shorter timelines.

Q | HOW DO I GET STARTED?

To kick off the process, please complete the new client questionnaire. From there, we will reach out to schedule a call to discuss your project in more detail. If the project is a mutual fit, then we’ll schedule an office visit or video call followed by an on-site consultation to dive deeper into your needs and wants and begin the proposal process.
