Midtown Pied-e-terre

For a senior couple downsizing to make it easier to manage and maintain a beautiful home, this home renovation project prioritized aging in place. Our client wanted a highly functional space with plenty of natural light and breeze, equipped with the latest lifestyle conveniences for comfort in their sunset years. Our main design considerations were ease of movement, access, and safety while showcasing this family’s story through beautiful heirlooms. The outcome is a modern, functional space that effortlessly celebrates vintage charm.
